Out of town, with ample free parking, yet only five minutes from Newcastle city centre, Fisherman’s Lodge is a tempting place to use for business meetings or presentations. The setting in leafy Jesmond Dene makes you feel you’ve left the office woes behind and the fresh air certainly helps you think more clearly. The food is freshly prepared, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and the staff are experienced and helpful. Our rates are competitive too.

The Rooms

The Armstrong Suite, with original paintings of the Quayside by Tyneside artist, Harry Bell, measures 8.8m by 5.4m and seats 40 people comfortably in theatre style and for private dining. A   50inch plasma screen can be easily connected to a laptop for presentations.

The Board Room is an intimate space for up to 14 people and measures 5m by 4.5m. Ideal for small meetings, sensitive and confidential interviews as well as private dining.

A private bar is available to serve both rooms.

Day Delegate Rates

Day delegate rate is £30 and this includes use of the room until 5pm, tea, coffee & homemade shortbread on arrival, a 2-course lunch or buffet lunch and tea, coffee & cake mid- afternoon.

Any other refreshments, bar drinks and mineral water are subject to additional charge.

Payment must be made in advance.
