Steven Brumwell, Restaurant Operations Manager

Having learnt his trade in the clubs and bars of 1980s Newcastle, Steven arrived at the Fisherman`s Lodge in June 1990 where he is still plying his trade some fifteen years later.

A finalist in the Class Magazine 2003/2004 U.K. Cocktail Bartender of the Year competition, Steven`s credo is "a well mixed, well served drink in the shortest time possible". It is not uncommon for regular customers to find a drink they were about to order already at their table, as Steven seems to have a very good memory, "must be one of the cocktails he drinks".

In June 2005 Steven was appointed Assistant Restaurant Manager and in July 2007 was appointed Restaurant Operations Manager.
